In short: we need your name and email to issue the ticket and let you in. Your card details never reach us. There are no advertising cookies.

What we collect

• When you buy a ticket: first and last name, email address, number of tickets, amount and currency. The name is needed at the door, the email — to send you the ticket.
• When you subscribe to new dates: email address and the city you chose.
• At the door: a mark that the ticket has been used, and the time of entry.

Why we need it

• To issue your ticket and send it to you — impossible without an email address.
• To let you in, and to make sure the same ticket is not used twice.
• To refund you if a party is cancelled.
• To meet accounting and tax requirements.
• To tell you about new dates — only if you subscribed yourself.

Who we share it with

Only with the services the site cannot run without:

• Stripe — payment processing (Ireland, USA).
• Resend — sending ticket emails (European Union).
• Cloudflare — hosting the site and the database (European Union).

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Purchase data — 5 years, as accounting rules require.
• Subscription address — until you unsubscribe.
• Entry records — until the end of the season, then anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to our mailings. Write to info@kaifclub.com — we answer within 30 days. Data about a completed purchase we are required to keep for accounting even after you unsubscribe, but we will stop using it for emails.

Cookies

There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We count how many people opened a party page and how many pressed "Buy ticket", but these are plain counters: they are not tied to a person and store neither addresses nor device fingerprints. A technical cookie is used to sign in to the staff area — it concerns employees only.

Children

Our parties are for adults, and we do not collect children's data.

If something went wrong

If you believe we handled your data improperly, write to us first. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
